摘　　要：工学结合模式下,高职院校思想政治素质教育既是时代发展对其提出的现实需求,亦是高等职业教育长效发展和进步的客观要求。基于此,高职院校必须明确该模式下思政素质教育根本规律,深度剖析其面临的各项挑战,从而不断探索有效策略,促进思政素质教育在工学结合模式下顺利开展。Under the mode of combination of work and study, the ideological and political quality education in higher vocational colleges is not only the practical demand of the development of the times, but also the objective requirement of the long-term development and progress of higher vocational education. Based on this, higher vocational colleges must clarify the fundamental law of ideological and political quality education under this mode and deepen the challenges it faces, so as to constantly explore effective strategies and promote the smooth development of ideological and political quality education under the mode of combination of work and study.
