摘　　要：输血医学是一门技术性与实用性很强的多学科交叉的独立学科,输血科实习是输血医学和医学检验专业学生培养的重要环节,也是知识理论结合实践技能并最终转化为工作能力的重要阶段。随着输血医学的蓬勃发展,社会对输血医学研究领域及输血工作的人才需求极高,这与输血人才的培养力度相比,存在输血后备人员供需不平衡的现状。目前输血从业人员主要来自医学检验专业的医学生,对于非输血专科的学生而言,在短时间内掌握输血相关专业知识和技能是一种较大的挑战。本文对医学检验专业输血人才的实践教学培养进行思考与总结,旨在探索出提高输血实习效率和使学生最大化掌握实践技能的教学改革模式。Blood transfusion medicine is an independent interdisciplinary subject which is highly technical and practical.The internship in department of blood transfusion is an important link in the training of students majoring in blood transfusion medicine and medical laboratory.It is also an important stage in which knowledge and theory are combined with practical skills and finally transformed into working ability.With the rapid development of transfusion medicine,the society has a high demand for talents in the field of transfusion medicine research and transfusion work.Compared with the cultivation of blood transfusion talents,there is an imbalance between supply and demand of blood transfusion reserve personnel.At present,blood transfusion practitioners mainly come from medical students majoring in medical laboratory.For non-transfusion students,it is a great challenge to master transfusion related professional knowledge and skills in a short time.This paper considers and summarizes the practical teaching training of blood transfusion talents in medical laboratory,aiming at exploring the teaching reform mode of improving the efficiency of blood transfusion practice and maximizing the students'mastery of practical skills.
