摘 要:目的探究医护一体化管理模式于耳鼻喉科的应用路径及对提高护士综合能力的影响。方法以2020年11月—2021年12月为研究时间节点,选取湖南省郴州市第一人民医院南院耳鼻喉科32名医护人员为研究对象。于2020年11月—2021年5月期间采取常规管理,于2021年6—12月期间采取医护一体化管理。不同时间段研究数据分别以实施前和实施后表示。比较实施前后护士综合能力评估结果、护士对管理工作的满意度、对管理模式的认可度。结果实施后,护士综合能力各项评分显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在管理满意度方面,实施后较实施前更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在护士对管理模式的认可度方面,实施后各项评分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于耳鼻喉科实施医护一体化管理相较于常规管理而言在提高护士综合能力方面更具优势,护士的管理满意度及对管理模式的认可度更高,显著提高护理质量,满足患者护理需求,营造良好的护患关系。Objective To investigate the application path of integrated medical and nursing management model in the department of otorhinolaryngology and the impact on improving the comprehensive ability of nurses.Methods Taking November 2020 to December 2021 as the research time node,32 doctors and nurses in the otorhinolaryngology department of the hospital were selected as the research objects.Routine management was adopted from November 2020 to May 2021.Integrated medical and nursing management was adopted from June to December 2021.Data from the different time periods of the study were expressed as pre-and post-implementation,respectively.The results of nurses'comprehensive competency assessment,nurses'satisfaction with the management,and recognition of the management model were compared before and after implementation.Results After implementation,all scores of nurses'comprehensive competencies were significantly higher than those before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of management satisfaction,it was higher after implementation than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of nurses'recognition of the management model,the scores were higher after implementation than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional management,the implementation of integrated medical and nursing management in otorhinolaryngology department has more advantages in improving nurses'comprehensive ability,and nurses'management satisfaction and recognition of the management model are higher,which significantly improves nursing quality,satisfies patients'nursing needs and creates a good nurse-patient relationship.
