摘 要:目的探析病案导学式教学法应用于消化内科教学中的效果。方法选取2021年8月—2022年8月新疆医科大学第七附属医院消化内科专业的98名学生纳入研究,根据不同教学方法将其分成常规教学组与病案教学组,每组49名学生,常规教学组采用常规教学法,病案教学组采用病案导学式教学法,比较2组学生的学习积极性、考核成绩、教学满意度以及教学效果。结果病案教学组学生的学习积极性高于常规教学组学生,病案教学组学生的考核成绩高于常规教学组学生,病案教学组的教学满意度高于常规教学组,病案教学组的教学效果好于常规教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病案导学式教学法在消化内科教学中可获得良好的教学效果,提升学生对专业知识的认识,提高其学习积极性与考核成绩,使课堂更加生动,学生满意度高,值得推广与运用。Objective To explore the effect of medical record guided teaching method in the teaching of gastroenterology.Methods 98 students from the Department of Gastroenterology of the Seventh Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and included in the study.They were divided into routine teaching group and medical record teaching group according to different teaching methods,with 49 students in each group.The routine teaching group adopted the routine teaching method,and the medical record teaching group adopted the medical record guided teaching method.The study enthusiasm,examination results,teaching satisfaction and teaching effect.in two group were compared Results The learning enthusiasm of the students in the medical record teaching group was higher than that of the students in the conventional teaching group,the examination scores of the students in the medical record teaching group were higher than that of the students in the conventional teaching group,the teaching satisfaction of the medical record teaching group was higher than that of the conventional teaching group,and the teaching effect of the medical record teaching group was better than that of the conventional teaching group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method of medical record guided learning can obtain good teaching effect in the teaching of gastroenterology,can improve students'understanding of professional knowledge,improve their learning enthusiasm and examination results,can make the classroom more lively and students'satisfaction higher,which is worth popularizing and applying.
