摘 要:以间接制冷冷库为研究对象,利用计算流体力学技术与实测结果相结合的方式对不同工况冷库贮藏能力进行研究。结果表明:载冷剂流量为1.6 m3/h时,冷库温度预冷至稳定状态所需的时间最小,当载冷剂温度为-30℃时,冷风机风速为7 m/s时,冷库预冷达到稳定状态的时间最长。载冷剂温度相同时,冷风机风速为5 m/s和7 m/s时,冷库内不同高度的温度不均匀系数几乎相同,冷风机风速为5 m/s时冷库内不同高度的速度不均匀系数最小。载冷剂温度为-20℃和-30℃时,冷风机风速为7 m/s下的冷库平均温度最高,冷风机风速为5 m/s时冷库的平均温度几乎最低,载冷剂流量越大越有利于冷库维持较低的平均温度。实验表明,合理设置间接制冷冷库的运行参数,有利于提高冷库的贮藏能力。Taking indirect refrigeration cold storage as the research object, the storage capacity of cold storage under different working conditions was studied by using CFD technology and the measured results. The results show that when the refrigerant flow rate is 1.6 m~3/h, the time required for the temperature of the cold storage to reach the stable state is the smallest;when the refrigerant temperature is-30 ℃,and the air speed of the air cooler is 7 m/s, the time required for the temperature of the cold storage to reach the stable state is the longest. When the temperature of the refrigerant is the same, the non-uniform coefficient of temperature at different heights in the cold storage is almost the same when the wind speed of the cooling fan is 5 m/s and 7 m/s, and the non-uniform coefficient of speed at different heights in the cold storage is the minimum when the wind speed of the cooling fan is 5 m/s. When the temperature of the refrigerant carrier is-20 ℃ and-30 ℃,the average temperature of the cold storage is the highest when the wind speed of the cooling fan is 7 m/s, and the average temperature of the cold storage is almost the lowest when the wind speed of the cooling fan is 5 m/s. The greater the refrigerant flow is, the lower the average temperature of the cold storage is. The experiment shows that reasonable setting of operating parameters of indirect refrigeration cold storage is beneficial to improving the storage capacity of cold storage.
