浓香型白酒生产废水水质及其治理研究

摘　　要：泸州是中国白酒金三角核心区域,有近千家酒厂,浓香型白酒生产企业占95%以上。本文通过跟踪某浓香型白酒厂投产四年来生产及污水处理数据,对浓香型白酒生产废水来源、水质特点及其废水处理工艺进行了分析,确定采用“预处理+厌氧+两级AO+沉淀+除磷+斜管沉淀+清水池排放”工艺能使出水水质达到GB 27631—2011《发酵酒精和白酒工业水污染物排放标准》中间接排放限值的要求,该方法具有工艺简单、运行费用低、出水水质稳定等优点,在酿酒废水深度处理中具有较强的经济性和工程应用价值,为浓香型白酒企业制订废水处理方法和策略提供了参考。There are nearly one thousand Baijiu distilleries in Luzhou,among which 95%are Nongxiang Baijiu distilleries.In this study,the production and wastewater treatment data of a certain Nongxiang Baijiu distillery in recent four years was tracked,and the sources,characteristics and treatment processes of the wastewater were analyzed.It was found that the quality of the outlet water could reach the requirements in national standard GB 27631-2011 by the treatment process of pretreatment+anaerobic biological treatment+two-stage AO+precipitation+phosphorus removal+tube settle+clear-water reservoir.The process has the advantages of simple,low-cost and stable,and has high economic and application value in the treatment of wastewater generated by distilleries.This study has provided reference for Nongxiang Baijiu distilleries to formulate wastewater treatment strategies.
