摘  要:目的探讨基于结果的教育理论(OBE)教学理念在内科学理论教学改革中的效果。方法以浙江中医药大学本科生为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组,分别采用OBE教学模式和传统教学方法。课程结束后进行成效评价问卷调查及理论考试综合评估。结果与对照组相比,实验组学生对OBE的教学形式更为满意(t=7.94,P<0.05);并普遍认为OBE教学模式对于知识的掌握、理解和记忆更有帮助(t分别=3.13、3.71,P均<0.05),也更有利于学生的综合素质,如沟通交流能力、解决问题能力、逻辑思维能力及自学能力的提高(t分别=7.27、6.94、8.02、8.06,P均<0.05);实验组的理论考试总成绩及病例分析部分成绩均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=2.03、2.84,P均<0.05);两组的基础理论部分成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.83,P>0.05)。结论OBE教学模式可提高内科学教学质量。Objective To investigate the effect of OBE teaching idea in theory teaching of Internal Medicine.Meth⁃ods Undergraduate students of Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University were divided into experimental group and control group who teached with OBE teaching method and the traditional teaching respectively.A questionnaire survey and a theory test were conducted finally.Results Compared with the control group,the students in the experimental group were more satisfied with the teaching method of OBE(t=7.94,P<0.05).It is generally believed that OBE teaching mode is more helpful for the mastery,understanding and memory of knowledge(t=3.13,3.71,P<0.05),and is also more conducive to the improvement of students'comprehensive quality,including communication ability,problem solving ability,logical thinking ability and self-study ability(t=7.27,6.94,8.02,8.06,P<0.05).The total scores of theoretical examination and case analysis in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=2.03,2.84,P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in basic theory score(t=0.83,P>0.05).Conclusion The OBE teaching methods could improve the teaching quality of Internal Medicine.
