摘 要:民国教育家陶行知、陈鹤琴、张雪门、张宗麟、戴自俺、孙铭勋都比较关注男性幼儿教师问题,他们对男性幼儿教师身份的合理性、男性幼儿教师的职业认同、男性幼儿教师的培养和男性幼儿教师的职业发展问题均进行了讨论。民国教育家一致同意男性幼儿教师具有身份的合理性,提出男性幼儿教师应具有高度的职业认同,并明确了男性幼儿教师的培养应注重理论与实践的结合。在男性幼儿教师的职业发展方面,民国教育家普遍强调男性幼儿教师应注重知识、技能和品德修养,张宗麟和张雪门还提出要对从事行政工作的男性幼儿教师进行专门的职后培训。Educators Tao Xingzhi,Chen Heqin,Zhang Xuemen,Zhang Zonglin,Dai Zian and Sun Mingxun in the Republic of China paid more attention to the problem of male preschool teachers.They discussed the rationality of the identity of male preschool teachers,the professional identity of male preschool teachers,the cultivation of male preschool teachers and the professional development of male preschool teachers.Educators in the Republic of China unanimously agreed that the identity of male preschool teachers is reasonable,pointed out that male preschool teachers should have a high degree of professional identity and made it clear that the training of male preschool teachers should pay attention to the combination of theory and practice.In terms of the career development of male preschool teachers,educators in the Republic of China generally emphasis that male preschool teachers should pay attention to knowledge,skills and moral cultivation.Zhang Zonglin and Zhang Xuemen put forward that male teachers engaged in administrative work should carry out special post-vocational training.
