摘  要:深度产教融合、校企合作是现代职业教育发展的重要指导思想和现实路径,也是经济发展方式变化和区域产业转型的必然选择。文章以常州市为例,通过调研产教融合示范企业及职业院校,从产业端和职业教育端明晰产教融合发展现状;理清地方政府、职业院校、企业三方的产教融合困境;建立政府、学校和企业相互作用与相互影响的三螺旋模型;形成以政府为主导、职业院校为主体、企业为主动的产教融合发展策略。The integration of industry and education is the inevitable requirement of the transformation of economic development mode and the deep transformation of regional industry for vocational education,and it is an important guiding ideology and realistic path for the development of modern vocational education.Taking Changzhou as an example,this paper investigates demonstration enterprises of industry-education integration and vocational colleges to clarify the development status of industry-education integration from the industrial enterprise and vocational college.The dilemma of integration of industry and education formed by local government,vocational colleges and enterprises is clarified.A triple helix model of interaction and influence among government,schools and enterprises is established.The development strategy of industry-education integration led by the government,with vocational colleges as the main body and enterprises as the initiative has been formed.
