摘 要:文章从理论上剖析了现代物流管理专业基于“四链融合”的现代学徒制人才培养模式的实现路径,并进一步对此进行了实践研究,研究发现,基于“四链融合”的现代学徒制人才培养模式对现代物流管理专业发展的影响效应显著,基于“四链融合”的现代学徒制人才培养模式即为特指按照职业教育的特点,校企双方协同育人,将专业链、人才链、创新链、产业链相融合,实现“专业链”保障“人才链”衔接“创新链”推动“产业链”,为现代学徒制改革奠定基础。This paper theoretically analyzes the realization path of the modern apprenticeship talent training mode based on "four-chain integration" of modern logistics management major and further conducts a practical research on this. The research finds that the modern apprenticeship talent training mode based on "four-chain integration" has a significant impact on the development of modern logistics management. The modern apprenticeship talent training mode based on the "four-chain integration" refers to the cooperation between the school and the enterprise to combine the professional chain, talent chain, innovation chain and industrial chain according to the characteristics of vocational education, so as to realize the "professional chain" to guarantee the connection of "talent chain" and "innovation chain" to promote the "industrial chain", laying the foundation for the reform of modern apprenticeship.
