摘　　要：随着电子商务的发展,快递企业采用了更多新运营和新模式,并很快被应用到实践中。文章从1+X证书角度分析快递行业人才需求及教学现状,探讨1+X证书制度下高职院校快递实务课程教学体系设计及改革方向。With the development of e-commerce, express enterprises have adopted more new operations and new models, which are soon applied to practice. From the perspective of 1+X certificate, this paper analyzes the talent demand and teaching status of express industry, and discusses the teaching system design and reform direction of express practice course in higher vocational colleges under 1+X certificate system.
