摘　　要：文章以本地电子信息产业中智能手机龙头企业及周边配套的完整产业链为基础,对“双创”人才需求进行调研;对“工匠精神”与高职电子信息工程专业“双创”人才培养的契合性进行研究;以创新课程教学、创新创意大赛、项目工作室、创客空间和现代学徒制作为高职电子信息工程专业“双创”人才培养主要内容,构建基于“工匠精神”的高职电子信息工程专业“双创”人才培养新模式。This paper conducts a survey on the demand for"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"talents based on the leading smart phone enterprises in the local electronic information industry and the complete industrial chain surrounding them.The compatibility of"craftsman spirit"and"mass innovation"talent training for electronic information engineering major in higher vocational colleges is studied.With innovative course teaching,innovative and creative competition,project studio,maker space and modern apprenticeship as the main contents of"mass innovation"talent training for electronic information engineering major in higher vocational colleges,a new mode of"mass innovation"talent training for electronic information engineering major in higher vocational colleges is constructed based on"craftsman spirit".
