摘　　要：中国特色学徒制的宗旨在于深化产教融合、加强校企合作,完善高层次人才培养机制的职业教育模式。其鲜明特征是校企一体化协同育人,从而提高人才培养质量和职业岗位的针对性。但是,轨道交通运输专业中国特色学徒制在应用过程中存在着联络不协调、培养协同困难等实际问题,就中国特色学徒制在轨道交通运输专业应用中存在的问题进行分析研究,对于目前中国特色学徒制在轨道交通运输专业应用给出相应的建议。The purpose of modern apprenticeship is to deepen the integration of industry and education, strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and improve the vocational education model of the training mechanism of high-level talents. Its distinctive feature is the integration of school and enterprise, so as to improve the quality of talent training and the pertinence of professional posts. However, there are some practical problems in the application of modern apprenticeship in rail transit specialty, such as uncoordinated contact and difficulty in cultivating synergies, etc. The problems existing in the application of modern apprenticeship in rail transit are analyzed and some Suggestions are given in this paper.
