摘 要:单一的永磁同步电机无位置传感器控制策略在零、低速或是中、高速存在诸如依赖电机参数、谐波分量不可抑制等问题,针对表贴式永磁同步电机本身并不具备凸极性的特点,提出一种适用于全转速范围的表贴式永磁同步电机无位置传感器复合控制策略。复合控制策略通过加权函数将高频脉振注入法和模型参考自适应法两者结合,并在过渡区间伊始引入误差补偿,从而实现两种算法在过渡区间的平滑切换。经Matlab/Simulink验证,该复合控制策略能够使永磁同步电机在全速度范围内平稳运行,并具有可靠性和良好的动态响应。Aiming at the problems of single sensorless control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor at zero, low speed, medium and high speed, such as relying on motor parameters and uncontrollable harmonic component, a sensorless compound control strategy for permanent magnet synchronous motor in full speed range was proposed. The compound control strategy combines the high frequency pulse lnjection method and the model reference adaptive system method through the weighting function, errror compensation was introduced at the beginning of the transition interval, so as to realize the smooth switching between the two algorithms in the transition interval. verified by Matlab/Simulink Simulation. The compound control strategy can make the permanent magnet synchronous motor run smoothly in the full speed range, and has reliability and good dynamic response.
