摘　　要：实验室安全教育作为实验室风险管理中最经济和最有效的方法,是加强生物实验室安全管理工作的重要方式之一,应贯穿实验室管理工作的始终。因此,建立健全高校生物实验室安全教育体系迫在眉睫。构建以安全文化素质形成为核心,以管理规范为“刚”、文化熏陶为“柔”,课堂内外相结合,保障措施并行,“四位一体”的高校生物实验室安全教育体系,搭建以教学为推手的实施框架,势必有较好的教学效果,对落实国家政策方针、保障各类科研平台与实验室的实验安全,有着不可替代的作用,值得在高校生物实验室范围内推广应用。Laboratory safety education,as the most economical and effective approach in laboratory risk management and also one of the most important ways in strengthening the safety management of biological laboratory,should run through the whole laboratory management work.Currently,the grim global biosecurity situation and the national standard and requirement for laboratory safety management are getting higher and higher.A sound laboratory safety education system has not been established,and the effect is difficult to guarantee.Therefore,it is urgent to establish and perfect the safety education system of college biological laboratory.We should take the quality of safety culture as the core,take the management standard as the “hard”,the cultural edification as the “soft”,combine the inside and outside of the classroom,and guarantee measures in parallel,build a “four-in-one” college biological laboratory safety education system,and build an implementation framework with teaching as the driving force.This is bound to have a better teaching effect,which plays an irreplaceable role in implementing national policies and guidelines,ensuring the experimental safety of various scientific research platforms and laboratories,and is worthy of promotion and application within the scope of college biological laboratories.
