摘　　要：加强研究生课程建设,提高课程质量,是推进研究生教育改革的重要任务。依托石河子大学研究生精品课程“土壤化学”建设项目,在全面分析课程建设所面临问题的基础上,从教师队伍、课程内容、教学方法和手段、网络教学平台、课程质量管理等方面总结了课程建设的具体举措,并提出了课程建设和教学改革的努力方向,以期为研究生核心课程建设和教学改革提供借鉴和参考。Strengthening the course construction and improving the quality of course teaching is an important construction and teaching reform of Soil Chemistry course for the postgraduates in the Shihezi University.We have analyzed the problems faced by the course construction of the graduate students.Furthermore,this paper summarizes the specific measures of course construction from the aspects of teachers,course content,teaching methods and technology,network teaching platform,course teaching quality management,etc.Finally,the paper puts forward the direction of course construction and teaching reform in the aspects of curriculum ideological and political construction,textbook construction and teaching evaluation and supervision system construction in the future,which can provide a useful reference for the core course construction and teaching reform of postgraduate education.
