摘　　要：提升高等教育质量是建设高质量教育体系的一项重要任务,现代产业学院作为高等教育体系内实施产教融合工程的创新组织,迫切需要实现高质量发展,助力高等教育质量的提升。基于组织生态学理论及其观点,界定了现代产业学院高质量发展内涵维度:共生度、融合度和适应度。针对当前现代产业学院组织合法化进程缓慢、生态位差异化不显著、多元主体共生发展难等发展困境,提出现代产业学院通过主动合法化、寻找合适生态位、实质化“一体化共生”等路径保障和推进现代产业学院高质量发展。Improving the quality of higher education is an important task of a high-quality education system.As an innovative organization implementing the industry-education integration project within the higher education system,the modern industrial college urgently needs to be high-quality developed and help improve the quality of higher education.Based on the theory of organizational ecology and its views,the article defines the connotation of high-quality development of modern industrial college:symbiosis,integration and fitness.In view of the difficulties such as the slow process of legalization of modern industrial college,the insignificant differentiation of ecological niche,and the difficult symbiotic development of multiple subjects,it is proposed to guarantee and promote the high-quality development of modern industrial college by taking the initiative to legalization,seeking suitable ecological niche,and substantive“integrated symbiosis”.
