摘　　要：三全育人,即全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人。主题班会是指以班级为单位,在辅导员或班主任的组织引导下,围绕某个主题有目的、有组织、有计划开展的集体教育活动。文章采用问卷调查和访谈的方式,对当前高校主题班会的开展现状进行调研,并提出以下建议:提高对主题班会的重视程度、丰富主题班会的形式、创新主题班会的内容、注重班会主题的设计,以期更好地发挥主题班会对大学生思想政治教育的作用。Three complete educations, that is, full education, full education and all-round education. Thematic class meeting refers to a collective educational activity with a purpose, organization and plan around a certain theme, which is based on the class and under the guidance of the instructor or class teacher. The article uses questionnaires and interviews to investigate the current situation of the theme class meetings in colleges and universities, and puts forward the following suggestions: increase the importance of the theme class meeting, enrich the form of the theme class meeting, innovate the content of the theme class meeting, and pay attention to the design of the theme class meeting, in order to better play the role of the theme class meeting in the ideological and political education of college students.
