摘　　要：“阴弱者,汗自出”出自《伤寒论》,指心阳与卫阳之气不足,在阳浮、发热的前提下,卫阳不能顾护营阴而导致汗出。里虚尤其是心阳不足是该病导致汗出的关键因素;风邪袭表,阳气抗邪发热而迫津外泄是该病汗出的前提条件;营阴虚弱是汗出的结果。明确这一问题,可以明确太阳中风证的病机关键,从而更好地理解其治疗风险与治疗策略。"Yin deficiency causes spontaneous sweating" comes from Shang Han Lun,which refers to the deficiency of Heart Yang and Wei Yang.Under the premise of Yang deficiency and fever,Wei Yang can′t take care of Ying Yin,resulting in sweating.Deficiency of the interior,especially deficiency of Heart Yang,is the key factor for sweating in this disease.Wind pathogens attacking the surface,Yang Qi resisting pathogens and generating Heat to force the fluid leakage is the prerequisite for sweating in this disease.Deficiency of Ying Yin is the result of sweating.Clarifying this problem can understand the key to the pathogenesis of Taiyang Zhong Feng Zheng,so as to better understand its treatment risks and treatment strategies.
