摘　　要：饲料学是一门阐述动物饲料的化学组成、营养理化性质及其影响因素和应用技术的科学,对动物的生产发展至关重要,不仅是推动动物生产不断发展的理论与技术基础,而且蕴含着丰富的思政元素,是价值塑造、知识传播和能力培养的重要载体,其育人效果对动物营养与饲料科学领域人才培养尤为重要。对此,系统阐述了饲料学课程概况、课程思政教学内容与设计、课程思政教学成效与反思,初步实现了在饲料学课程教学中落实“立德树人”的根本任务,为助力学生全面发展,为培养拥有扎实专业功底、高尚品德与良好职业操守的动物科学应用型人才提供参考。Feed science is the science of chemical composition,nutritional physicochemical properties,influencing factors and application technology of animal feed and a compulsory course in animal science and animal nutrition and feed science.It is very important to the development of animal production,and is not only the theoretical and technical basis to promote the continuous development of animal production,but also contains rich ideological and political elements.Feed science is an important carrier of value shaping,knowledge dissemination and ability cultivation,and its educational effect is particularly important for the talent cultivation in the field of animal nutrition and feed science.In this regard,this paper systematically expounds the general situation of the course of feed science,the content and design of ideological and political teaching,and the effect and reflection of ideological and political teaching,and the basic task of“cultivating people by virtue”in the course teaching of feed science has been preliminarily realized.This provides a reference for helping students to develop in an all-round way,and training applied talents with solid professional knowledge,noble moral conduct and good professional ethics in animal science major.
