走向生态文明新时代的三重自觉

摘　　要：走向中国特色社会主义生态文明新时代,需要达成三重自觉:一是生产自觉,把握生产与自然界之间的矛盾,即生产过程的单向性与自然界的循环性的矛盾,生产的机械片面性与自然界的有机多样性的矛盾,生产技术的局部性、短期性与自然界的开放性、持续性的矛盾;二是生态自觉,生态文明要遵循以生态法则为核心的生态之道,即生态关联法则、生态智慧法则、物质不灭法则和生态代价法则;三是生命自觉,生态文明要立足于人与自然的生命共同体价值,社会主义制度为实现生命共同体价值提供了重要保障,中国式现代化新道路为实现生命共同体价值提供了中国智慧和中国方案。这三重自觉,对反思传统发展模式、加强生态文明建设、走向社会主义生态文明新时代,具有重要的现实意义。Towards a new era of ecological conservation under socialism with Chinese characteristics,we need to achieve three logical consciousnesses.Firstly,the logical consciousness of production should be achieved.This paper proposes to grasp the contradiction between production and nature,which means the contradiction between the unidirectivity of production process and the circularity of nature,between the mechanical one-sidedness of production and the diversity of nature,and between production technology with local and short-term features and nature with openness and sustainability.Secondly,ecological consciousness should be realized.Ecological conservation should follow the ecological idea with ecological law as its core,which refers to the law of ecological relevance,the law of ecological wisdom,the law of material immortality and the law of ecological cost.The last is the consciousness of life logic.Ecological conservation should be based on the value of life community between human beings and nature.Our socialist system provides an important guarantee for realizing the value of life community,and the new path of Chinese-style modernization offers Chinese wisdom and solutions for realizing the value of life community.These three logical consciousnesses are of great practical significance for us to reflect on the traditional development model,strengthen the construction of ecological conservation,and move towards a new era of socialist ecological conservation.
