摘　　要：目前中国经济发展形势已经步入新阶段,投资、出口、消费三驾马车对于经济的拉动作用已经明显减弱,国内的经济策略也由注重投资和对外出口转变为国内经济大循环,着重发展国内市场经济。乡村振兴是国内经济发展的重要举措。文章主要对培养农民大学生的意义以及现状进行分析,重点提出了农民大学生培养的策略,期望能够为培养高素质乡村建设人才,推动农村经济发展和乡村建设提供借鉴。At present, China’s economic development has entered a new stage. The driving role of the troika of investment, export and consumption on the economy has been significantly weakened, and the domestic economic strategy has been changed from focusing on investment and export to focusing on the development of domestic market economy. Rural revitalization is an important measure of domestic economic development. This paper mainly analyzes the significance and current situation of cultivating rural college students, and puts forward the strategy of cultivating rural college students, hoping to provide reference for cultivating highquality rural construction talents, promoting rural economic development and rural construction.
