新时代普通高校继续教育转型与重构路径研究

摘　　要：我国教育事业的飞速发展给教育事业提出了新的要求,这也使高校继续教育遇到了发展瓶颈,如招生人数增长困难、人才培训效果不佳、教育效率下降,整体亟待转变。新时代,我国高校继续教育需要制定新的发展目标和明确新的方向。高校要积极寻求转变,从管理模式、运行模式、内外机构设置和管理手段等不同角度进行深入改革和有效重构。基于此,通过对我国高校继续教育发展趋势和问题进行剖析,在此基础上,结合现实因素进行高校继续教育转型与重构的路径分析。The rapid development of education in China has put forward new requirements for education,which also makes the continuing education in colleges and universities meet bottlenecks in development,such as the difficulty in increasing the number of students,the poor effect of talent training,and the decline of education efficiency,which need to be changed urgently as a whole.In the new era,the continuing education in colleges and universities in China needs to formulate new development goals and clear new directions.Colleges and universities should actively seek transformation,and carry out in-depth reform and effective reconstruction from different perspectives such as management mode,operation mode,internal and external institutional settings and management means.Based on this,this paper analyzes the current development trend and problems of continuing education in colleges and universities in China.On this basis,it analyzes the path of transformation and reconstruction of continuing education in colleges and universities in combination with practical factors.
