摘 要:高校创业教育在深入推进过程中需以创业学生发展过程为导向,分层提供高校资源和教师指导,有序实现学生创业。基于演化博弈理论,构建高校、教师、学生等三方创业教育主体的演化博弈模型,深入揭示创业教育系统运行机理。理论推导和MATLAB仿真结果显示:学生创业活动受成本和收益影响,随着学生和教师的创业收益提升,高校呈现出“先鼓励后不鼓励”的变化,这意味着在创业教育初期,高校的鼓励策略有重要影响,随着创业进入良性轨道,高校应淡出行政干预,重点加强创业氛围塑造和组织支持,如此,高校创业教育将朝着预期目标演进。In the process of further promotion of entrepreneurship education in universities,it is necessary to take the development process of entrepreneurial students as the guidance,provide university resources and teacher guidance at different levels,and orderly realize students’entrepreneurship.Based on the evolutionary game theory,this paper constructs an evolutionary game model of the tripartite entrepreneurship education subjects of universities,teachers and students,and deeply reveals the operating mechanism of the entrepreneurship education system.Theoretical derivation and MATLAB simulation results show that students’entrepreneurial activities are affected by costs and benefits.With the increase of students’and teachers’entrepreneurial benefits,universities show a change“from encouragement to discouragement”,which means that in the initial stage of entrepreneurship education,the encouragement strategy of universities has an important impact.As entrepreneurship enters a benign track,universities should fade out of administrative intervention and focus on strengthening the entrepreneurial atmosphere and organizational support.Thus,entrepreneurship education in universities will evolve towards the expected goal.
