摘 要:高校非学历教育是终身教育体系中的重要组成部分,在人才培养体系中发挥着重要的作用。高校非学历教育仍然存在认知、体制、发展、教学、需求“五位一体”的瓶颈性问题,根据存在的问题,提出高校非学历教育的路径,即围绕一个目标办学、坚持三大原则办学、依托N个主体办学。院校通过运用这种整合性路径机制来优化组合高校非学历教育的关键要素进而破解高校和社会经济发展难题,进一步助推我国终身教育理念的发展和实现,以便更好地助力于我国人才培养终身学习体系的构建。Non-academic education in colleges and universities is an important part of the lifelong education system and plays an important role in the talent cultivation system.There are still some problems in cognition,system,development,teaching and demand in non-academic education in colleges and universities.Based on the problems,the path selection of non-academic education is proposed:to run the education around one goal,to adhere to three principles,and to rely on N-subjects.By using this integrated path mechanism,colleges and universities can optimize the key elements of non-academic education to solve their development problems,so as to further promote the development and realization of China’s lifelong education concept,and to help the construction of China’s lifelong learning system.
