摘　　要：通过向海外华文教师研习班(线上)的东南亚华文教师发放问卷并进行访谈,了解到当前线上教学的新模式给华文教师和学生带来诸多挑战。针对华文教师线上教学能力欠缺、网络华文教学资源缺乏等问题,国内华文教育服务机构、海外华文教育机构可以携手合作,更新师资培训内容,创新培养模式,帮助华文教师构建基于线上教学的新理念与新方法,在研发网络华文教材、整合建设网络华文教学资源等方面加大线上华文教学的支持力度,促进海外华文教育持续健康发展。By questionnaires and interviews on Southeast Asian Chinese teachers participating in the online seminar of overseas Chinese teachers,we learned that the new mode of teaching brought new challenges to the teachers and students.In order to solve the current problems,such as the weak teaching abilities of Chinese teachers and the lack of online teaching resources,it is important for domestic Chinese education service institutions to cooperate with overseas Chinese educational institutions.Also,it is necessary to update teaching contents,to innovate the mode of Chinese teachers’training,and to help the teachers construct new ideas and methods of online teaching so as to support online teaching by developing new textbooks and integrating online teaching resources for the healthy development of overseas Chinese education.
