摘 要:目的 本研究探讨微课联合翻转课堂教学模式是否在可视DLT实施肺隔离技术教学中较传统教学模式有优势。方法 选择2020年3—4月首都医科大学宣武医院麻醉科未使用过可视DLT的住院医师共49名,将其随机分为两组。其中对照组25名采用传统教学模式进行培训,试验组24名采用微课联合翻转课堂教学模式进行培训。培训结束后再对比可视DLT插管考核情况以及教学问卷的调查结果。结果 培训结束后,试验组成功定位可视DLT所需时间为(51.78±9.98)s明显低于对照组为(58.88±12.40)s(P <0.05),试验组住院医师的学习兴趣为87.50%,学习能力为91.67%,实际操作能力为87.50%以及对教学模式整体的满意率为87.50%均明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 微课联合翻转课堂教学模式在可视DLT实施肺隔离技术的教学中优于传统教学模式。Objective This study explores whether the micro-lecture combined with flipped classroom teaching mode has advantages over the traditional teaching mode in the teaching of lung isolation technique with VivaSight DLT. Methods A total of 49 resident physicians who had not used visual DLT in anesthesiology department of Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University from March to April 2020 were randomly divided into two groups. Among them, 25 cases in the control group were trained by traditional teaching mode, and 24 cases in the experimental group were trained by micro-lesson combined with flipped classroom teaching mode. After the training, the results of visual DLT intubation examination and teaching questionnaire were compared. Results After the training, the time required for successful positioning of visual DLT in the experimental group was (51.78±9.98) seconds, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (58.88±12.40) seconds (P<0.05).The residents in the experimental group had 87.50%interest in learning, 91.67% learning ability, 87.50% practical operation ability and 87.50% overall satisfaction with the teaching mode, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Microlecture combined with flipped classroom teaching mode is superior to traditional teaching mode in the teaching of lung isolation technique with VivaSight DLT.
