摘  要:本研究在贵州省民族地区六所新建本科高校选取548名教师作为研究对象,采用高校教师心理资本问卷、职业认同问卷、教师工作满意度问卷和工作投入量表进行调查,从组织行为学和积极心理学的角度深入探究影响西部民族地区新建本科高校教师工作积极性的具体因素和影响机制。本研究表明:西部民族地区新建本科高校教师的心理资本与职业认同、工作满意度、工作投入两两显著正相关;心理资本可以显著正向预测西部民族地区新建本科高校教师的工作投入;心理资本可以分别通过职业认同、工作满意度的中介作用间接影响西部民族地区新建本科高校教师的工作投入;职业认同→工作满意度在心理资本预测工作投入中起链式中介作用。A total of 548 teachers in six newly established undergraduate universities in ethnic areas of Guizhou province were selected as valid research subjects, and the psychological capital questionnaire, professional identity questionnaire, teachers’ job satisfaction questionnaire and work engagement scale were used to investigate. In order to explore the mediating mechanism between psychological capital and work engagement of teachers, and the specific factors and mechanisms affecting the work motivation of teachers from the perspectives of organizational behavior and positive psychology were explored in depth. The results show that: psychological capital of teachers in newly established undergraduate universities in western ethnic areas is significantly and positively related to career identity, job satisfaction and work engagement. Psychological capital can significantly and positively predict the work engagement of teachers in newly established undergraduate universities in western ethnic areas. Psychological capital can indirectly influence the work engagement of teachers in newly established undergraduate universities in western ethnic areas through the mediating effects of career identity and job satisfaction, respectively. Career identity and job satisfaction plays a chain mediating role in psychological capital predicting work engagement.
