警察工作反刍现象与情绪耗竭的关系:一个多重中介模型

摘　　要：目的:探讨警察工作反刍现象对情绪耗竭的作用机理以及警察角色负荷与工作-家庭冲突的链式中介作用,为预防警察情绪耗竭及促进其心理健康提供理论依据。方法:采用工作反刍量表、角色负荷量表、工作-家庭冲突量表和情绪耗竭量表对456名警察进行问卷调查。结果:①警察工作反刍在性别与职务上的分布差异没有统计学上的意义(P>0.05),在工作年限、所在单位、警种(F=10.192,9.023,2.693;P<0.05)上体现出显著差异;②警察工作反刍可以显著地正向预测情绪耗竭(β=0.547,P<0.01);③角色负荷与工作-家庭冲突在警察工作反刍与情绪耗竭之间存在链式中介作用。结论:警察工作反刍现象会直接影响其情绪耗竭的产生,且警察的工作反刍行为分别通过角色负荷、工作-家庭冲突的中介作用,以及角色负荷与工作-家庭冲突的链式中介作用影响情绪耗竭。Objective:To explore the mechanism of police work rumination on emotional exhaustion and the chain mediating effect of police role load and work-family conflict, so as to provide theoretical basis for preventing police emotional exhaustion and promoting their mental health.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 456 police officers using the Work Rumination Scale, Role Loading Scale, Work-Family Conflict Scale and Emotional Exhaustion Scale.Results:①There was no statistically significant difference in the distribution of police work rumination in terms of gender and position, while there were significant differences in working years(F=10.192,P<0.001),work unit(F=9.023,P<0.001),and police type(F=2.693,P<0.05).②Police work rumination could sig nificantly and positively predict emotional exhaustion(β=0.547,P<0.01).③There was a chain mediating effect between role load and work-family conflict between police job rumination and emotional exhaustion.Conclusion:Police work rumination can directly affect the generation of emotional exhaustion,and the police’s work rumination behavior affects emotional exhaustion through the mediating effect of role load,work-family conflict,and the chain mediating effect of role load and work-family conflict,respectively.
