摘 要:伴随着数字技术的蓬勃发展,各个行业的人才岗位胜任特征已发生显著变化,特别是岗位的复合性、智能化、信息化程度大幅度提升,传统高等职业教育已经难以满足数字化时代的需要,“三教”改革成为助推高等职业教育高质量发展的必然选择。以产教融合型教学创新团队为主体,以可持续更新的“电子资源+信息化新型教材”为载体,以注重学生技能习得的教法为媒介,共同推进教育链与产业链的供需契合,实现人才链与岗位链的无缝衔接,为数字化转型企业提供迫切需要的高素质技术技能型人才和关键技术积累,进一步助推高等职业教育的长期可持续高质量发展。With the vigorous development of digital technology,the competency characteristics of talents in various industries have changed significantly,especially the complexity,intelligence and informationization of posts have been greatly improved.Traditional higher vocational education is not enough to support the needs of the digital age.The reform of“teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods”has become an inevitable choice to promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education.With the cross-background and compound teaching innovation team as the main body,the sustainable and updated“electronic resources plus information-based new teaching materials”as the carrier,and the teaching method centered on students’skill acquisition as the media,it is necessary to jointly promote the combination of supply and demand between the education chain and the industrial chain,realize the seamless connection between the talent chain and the digital post chain,provide high-quality technical and skilled talents and key technology accumulation urgently needed for digital transformation enterprises,and further promote the long-term sustainable and high-quality development of higher vocational education.
