摘 要:艺术在管理场域的介入,既是企业的后现代管理范式转型,是提升企业竞争力的内在需求,也是文化产业成为经济增长新动力的必然要求。文章通过分析在新商业环境变革下的后现代管理范式,指出组织需要将情感和审美作为新的生产要素引入,对管理研究领域开始受到关注的艺术介入(artistic interventions)进行探讨,并基于相关案例研究提出构建有效的中介平台是进行“艺术介入”的关键所在。The intervention of art in the field of management is not only the internal demand of the transformation of postmodern Management Paradigm and the promotion of Enterprise Competitiveness,but also the inevitable requirement of the cultural industry becoming the new power of economic growth.By analyzing the post-modern Management Paradigm under the change of New Business Environment,this study points out that organizations need to introduce emotion and aesthetics as new factors of production,this paper discusses“Artistic Interventions”,which has been paid attention to in the field of management research,and puts forward that the key of“Artistic interventions”is to construct an effective intermediary platform based on relevant case studies.
