高效液相色谱法快速测定食品中双乙酸钠的含量的研究

摘　　要：本试验建立了高效液相色谱法测定食品中双乙酸钠含量的分析方法。试样经酸化、蒸馏,收集后的蒸馏液经高效液相色谱仪进行分析测定。结果表明:本法具有实验时间短、灵敏度高、检出限低、线性范围宽等优点,能确保实验数据的准确性和稳定性,满足食品中双乙酸钠含量的分析要求。A method was established to determine the content of sodium diacetate in food by HPLC. Sample was acidified and the collected distillate was analyzed and determined by HPLC. The results showed that this method had the advantages of short experiment time, high sensitivity, low detection limit and wide linear range. It could insure accuracy and stability of experimental data. It could also accord with the demands of analysis for the content of sodium diacetate in food.
