摘 要:乡村教育是全面推进乡村振兴和城乡优质均衡化发展的重要基石,在现代化力量形塑下,乡村教育高质量发展成为应然之义,但是,在现代化进程中,乡村教育也受到一定冲击,在新时代背景下探讨乡村教育时,我们不能忽视对现代化与乡村教育关系的研究。现代化力量冲击着传统乡村社会,使乡村教育失去了稳固的依托;“逆乡土化”使乡村教育的本体价值被城镇教育所遮蔽;乡村教育由于其更加突出的发展不平衡不充分特点,尚未全面从现代化技术中汲取发展的力量。面对不可逆转的现代化进程,乡村社会必须从宏观改革处着力,消除不利于乡村发展的制度和体制壁垒,通过深化户籍制度改革、促进产业发展、加强人才储备等方式恢复乡村和乡村教育文化发展的活力,才有可能重构乡村教育与现代化的关系。Rural education is an important cornerstone for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and the balanced development of urban and rural areas. Under the power of modernization, the high-quality development of rural education has thus reflects it natural significance. However, in the process of modernization, rural education has also encountered certain shocks. When discussing rural education in the new era, we cannot ignore the study of the relationship between modernization and rural education. The power of modernization shocks the traditional rural society, which makes the rural education lose its stable support;“reversed rural process” has resulted in the ontological value of rural education shaded by urban education;due to its more prominent characteristics of unbalanced and inadequate development, rural education has not yet fully drawn the strength of development from modern technology. Facing the irreversible modernization process, the rural society must focus on the macro reform to eliminate the systematic and institutional barriers that are not conducive to rural development. Only through deepening the reform of the household registration system, promoting industrial development and strengthening the professionals reserve, can it regain the vitality of rural and rural education and cultural development, and so as to reconstruct the relationship between rural education and modernization.
