摘　　要：随着我国经济水平的发展和民众生活条件的改善,人们对于精神层面愈加重视,社会对心理咨询师的需求变得更加迫切。心理咨询作为心理咨询师的对口专业,如何从本科教学开始培养一批专业优质的心理咨询师需要我们多加探索。该文从本科生导师制的特点及优势入手,结合心理咨询的特殊性,阐述在学分制下心理咨询专业本科生导师制的应用现状和必要性,希望能为我国心理咨询教育事业工作者提供一些参考借鉴。With the rapid development of the economy and the improvement of people's living conditions,people pay more attention to the spirit,and the social demand for counselors becomes more urgent.Then,how to cultivate a group of high-quality professional counselors from undergraduate needs us to explore hard.Based on the characteristics and advantages of undergraduate tutorial system,as well as the particularity of counseling,this paper expounded the application status and necessity of undergraduate tutorial system.In addition,we hope to provide some references for the workers of counseling education.
