摘  要:本研究观察和分析教师不同介入水平下大班幼儿的创造行为差异,发现大班幼儿在游戏活动中关涉他人行为的发生频次最多,冒险行为最少;教师不在场时大班幼儿创造行为发生频次显著多于教师高程度介入时的发生频次;在户外游戏活动中,教师低程度介入时大班幼儿的推测行为发生频次比教师不在场和教师观察时显著更多;在室内游戏中,教师观察时大班幼儿的探究行为和坚持行为的发生频次比教师高程度介入时显著更多。因此,应当树立正确的教师指导观,肯定教师介入的价值;关注教育目标、内容和环境因素,灵活把握教师介入的程度;鼓励幼儿勇于挑战,培养幼儿的冒险精神。This study observed and analyzed the differences in creative behaviours of top-class children under teachers'involvement at different levels,and accordingly had the following conclusions.The behaviours of top-class children related to others in play activities happen frequently while risky behaviours appear least.The creative behaviours in the absence of teachers are significantly more frequent than those under teachers'high-level involvement.In outdoor play activities,the frequency of conjecture behaviours of the children when teachers are involved at low level are significantly higher than that when teachers are not present or observing.In indoor games,the frequency of children's exploration behaviours and persistence behaviours are significantly higher when teachers are observing than when teachers are greatly involved.Therefore,we should establish a correct concept of teacher guidance,affirm the value of teacher involvement,pay attention to objectives and contents of education as well as environmental factors,flexibly handle the degree of teacher involvement,encourage children to be brave in challenges,and cultivate their spirit of adventure.
