摘  要:针对重型卡车发动机缸体铸件悬挂链转运过程中人工完成搬运劳动强度大、效率低、存在安全隐患等问题,设计了基于视觉识别的机器人随动搬运系统。该系统采用机器人视觉随动技术,实现悬链在运动状态下300 kg缸体自动上件。系统已投入使用,机器人工作快速稳定,有效替代人工,生产效率提高10%,能够提高企业自动化生产水平,该系统为缸体铸件悬挂链转运的首次应用。In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity,low efficiency and potential safety problems in manual handling of heavy truck engine cylinder block casting suspension chain during transportation,a robot follow-up handling system based on visual recognition is designed.The system uses robot visual follow-up technology to realize automatic loading of 300kg cylinder block under the moving state of the suspension chain.The system has been put into production in the foundry.The robot works fast and stably,effectively replaces manual work,and the production efficiency is increased by 10%.It can improve the level of enterprise automation production,and is the first application of cylinder block casting suspension chain transportation.
