摘 要:虚拟仿真实验的建设是当下实验教学发展的趋势,有机化学实验从教学与实际应用的角度出发,将虚拟仿真融入到真实的实验教学中,使信息技术的作用得到充分的发挥。本文介绍了有机化学实验课程中抗疟疾药物青蒿素的提取与纯化,基于现实的有机化学中天然产物的提取与纯化实验项目的开展,对虚拟实验进行思路设计、流程优化,最终在客户端对学生开放,与课堂教学相辅相成。通过问卷调查,虚拟实验可以有效地激发学生的学习热情,提升学生学习的主动性,切实提高实验课程的教学质量。The construction of virtual simulation experiment is the current trend of the development of experiment teaching. For the organic chemistry experiment teaching, people integrate virtual simulation into real experiment teaching from the view of teaching and practical application, so that the role of information technology can be fully exerted. This paper introduces the extraction and purification of antimalarial drug artemisinin in the course of organic chemistry experiment, and carries out the thought design and process optimization of the virtual experiment based on the implementation of the experiment project of extraction and purification of natural products in real organic chemistry, which is finally open to students at the client and complementary to classroom teaching. Through the questionnaire survey, it is found that the virtual experiment can effectively stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning, improve their learning initiative, and practically improve the teaching quality of the experiment course.
