摘 要:服务学习的重点在于通过学校与医院之间的相互协调,培养学生的实践能力、沟通意识、团队合作能力以及实际解决问题的能力,从而为护理学科的发展培养更多应用型护理人才。服务学习在临床实践教学中的展开,学生从发现问题到分析问题最后到问题的解决,可以更有效地将理论知识与操作技能相结合,具有较高的学习效率和教学效果,增强了学生的学习兴趣,提升了自身整体学习能力,进而提高学习成绩。本文通过介绍服务学习的相关概念,阐述服务学习在儿科临床护理教学中的建设方案,进而提出服务学习应用于儿科临床护理教学中注重实践服务和理论学习、教师与学生的共同参与、服务学习价值元素本土化方面需要注意的问题及解决方式。The focus of service-learning is to cultivate students’ practical ability, communication awareness,teamwork ability and practical problem-solving ability through mutual coordination between schools and hospitals,so as to cultivate more application-oriented nursing talents for the development of nursing discipline. As servicelearning is implemented in clinical practice teaching, students can more effectively combine theoretical knowledge with operational skills from finding problems to analyzing problems and finally solving problems. Such learning method shows higher learning efficiency and teaching effect, enhances students’ interest in learning, improves their overall learning ability, and then promotes their learning performance. By introducing the concepts related to servicelearning, this paper expounds the construction programme of service-learning in clinical teaching for pediatric nursing, and further puts forward the problems and solutions that should be paid attention to in the application of service-learning in clinical teaching for pediatric nursing in terms of focusing on practical service and theoretical learning, the joint participation of teachers and students, the localization of service-learning value elements, etc.
