摘 要:为了设计组合桥面结构形式及桥面板细部构造,使用有限元软件MSC.Marc建立桥梁标准节段的精细有限元模型,从整体结构形式、正交异性桥面板构造及纵横肋相交处构造细节等3个方面进行多方案比选。在施加相同不利荷载的情况下,对结构竖向挠度、应力等性能进行对比分析,最后选定大桥组合桥面系的合理结构形式为:桥面板使用钢—超高性能混凝土轻型组合桥面,保留横梁中心竖向腹杆;纵向加劲肋采用14 mm×210 mm的板肋,间距为400 mm;纵横肋相交处横肋开孔形式采用苹果形开口。In order to design Composite bridge deck structure and the detailed structure of the bridge deck,the finite element software MSC.Marc is used to establish the fine finite element model of the standard section of the bridge.Multi-scheme comparison is carried out from three aspects:overall structural form,orthotropic bridge deck structure(such as the comparison of stiffener form,specifications,and spacing)and structural details at the intersection of longitudinal and transverse ribs.Under the condition of applying the same unfavorable load,the results of the vertical deflection and stress of the structure are compared and analyzed,and finally the reasonable structural form of the composite deck system of the bridge is selected:The bridge deck is made of Steel-Ultra High Performance Concrete Lightweight Composite Deck,and the vertical web at the center of the beam is retained;the longitudinal stiffeners are 14 mm×210 mm plate ribs with a spacing of 400 mm;apple-shaped opening is adopted at the intersection of the longitudinal and transverse ribs.
