摘 要:激励作为一种管理的方式与手段,它所发挥的作用是其他方法所不能替代的。高职高专院校员工专业人才相对集中。专业人才具有自身鲜明的特征和内在需求,如何完善并利用好激励机制,将会对高职高专院校人力资源潜能的发挥产生重要影响。其中影响高职高专院校员工激励机制的一个重要因素就是环境。因此,研究并完善高职高专院校环境,应是高职高专院校建设和发展的重要一环。应重视建造美丽的自然环境,营造和谐的人际环境,提供良好的制度环境,创设积极的文化环境。As a way and means of management,motivation plays an irreplaceable role.Professional talents in higher vocational colleges are relatively concentrated.Professionals have their own distinctive characteristics and internal needs.How to improve and make good use of the incentive mechanism will have an important impact on the development of human resources potential in higher vocational colleges.Among them,an important factor that affects the incentive mechanism of employees in higher vocational colleges is the environment.Therefore,studying and perfecting the environment of higher vocational colleges should be an important part of the construction and development of higher vocational colleges.We should attach importance to building a beautiful natural environment,creating a harmonious interpersonal environment,providing a good institutional environment and creating a positive cultural environment.
