摘　　要：目的:分析胃泌酸性肿瘤的生物学行为及临床特征,加强对其发病特点及相关因素的认识,提高临床治疗效果。方法:以“胃泌酸性肿瘤”为检索词,在中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed等数据库检索发表于2019年1月-2022年6月的文献,共纳入文献11篇,患者临床数据完整文献7篇,纳入胃泌酸性肿瘤患者169例,分析胃泌酸性肿瘤患者的性别、年龄、临床特征、治疗预后及肿瘤细胞的生物学行为。结果:169例肿瘤中,其中黏膜内泌酸腺腺瘤(OGA)99例,黏膜下浸润性肿瘤(GAFG)70例。OGA患者中,主细胞与壁细胞的混合性细胞93例(93.94%),以主细胞增生为主或伴高分化混杂性细胞病例6例(6.06%)。GAFG患者细胞成分及分化程度不一,以混合性细胞为主,主细胞及壁细胞为主26例(37.14%),其他细胞成分混合44例(62.86%)。OGA在生物学行为上表现为良性。结论:分析泌酸性肿瘤的生物学行为及临床特征有利于精准评估疾病状态,值得推广应用。Objective:To analyze the biological behavior and clinical characteristics of gastric acidic tumors,to enhance the understanding of their pathogenetic characteristics and related factors,and to improve the clinical treatment effect.Methods:Using"gastric acidic tumor"as the search term,the literature published from January 2019 to June 2022 was searched in the databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,etc.A total of 11 articles and 7 articles with complete clinical data of patients were included.169 patients with gastric acidic tumors were included,and the gender,age,clinical characteristics,treatment prognosis and biological behavior of tumor cells in patients with gastric acidic tumors were analyzed.Results:Of the 169 tumors,99 were endosmucosal acid-secreting adenomas(OGA)and 70 were submucosal infiltrative tumors(GAFG).93(93.94%)of the OGA patients had a mixture of primary and mural cells,and 6(6.06%)had a predominance of primary cell proliferation or were accompanied by highly differentiated mixed cell cases.The cellular composition and differentiation of GAFG patients varied,with a predominance of mixed cells,with a predominance of principal cells and wall cells in 26 cases(37.14%)and a mixture of other cellular components in 44 cases(62.86%).OGA showed a benign biological behavior.Conclusion:Analysis of the biological behavior and clinical characteristics of gastric acidic tumors is beneficial for accurate assessment of disease status and is worthy of promotion.
