摘　　要：外科手术学基础(basic surgical skills,BSS)是高等医学院校开设的一门实践性很强的桥梁学科,旨在训练学员掌握打结、缝合、无菌技术等基本外科学技能,并将其综合应用于动物外科手术的能力。目前授课大纲普遍遵循的授课模式为先行理论授课,后进行操作示教与学员分组练习的模式。由于课程存在较强的延续性,且考核对操作技能要求较高,现有教学模式的授课效果可能存在不足,造成学员带着未完全掌握的知识进入下一节课的学习,造成恶性循环。基于此,通过加强手术模型保障、重制手术视频、设计慕课等线上APP、发放技能自查清单、创新课程内容等课程改革,以激发学习兴趣、提高理论知识向实践技能的转化效果,取得了一定的课改成效。Basic surgical skills is a bridging course scheduled by medical academy with high practicality.It aims to train the students knot-tying,suturing,asepsis and other basic surgical skills to comprehensively apply in animal surgery.The current curriculum involves theoretical teaching followed by operational demonstration and grouped practice.Due to a high continuity and high demands of operational maneuverability,the current teaching mode may have various shortcomings,in which the students may carry skills that are not fully handled to the next lesson,causing a vicious circle.By strengthening support of suturing models,remaking of surgical demonstration videos,inventing MOOC-based online applications,distributing performance checklists and renovating teaching content,we have implemented a series of curriculum reform to stimulate learning interest and promoting the transition from theoretical knowledge to practical skills,and achieved certain effects.
