摘　　要：在当前中医住院医师规范化培训的过程中,存在着中医经典教学内容相对不足、理论与临床结合不够紧密等诸多问题,限制了住培医师中医临床思维的构建。强化中医住培经典教学,改良经典教学模式,是提升当前培训成果的关键所在。以案例为导向的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)能够将经典理论临床化,应用于住培阶段的中医经典教学,则能够加深住培医师对经典理论的理解,帮助其完善中医临床思维。在当前网络信息时代,“互联网+”在教育教学中普遍应用,其优势与不足也逐渐显现,中医经典教学若能用好这把双刃剑,将能为住培医师中医临床思维的建立带来极大的帮助。In the current standardized training process of TCM residents,there are many problems,such as the relative insufficiency of TCM classics teaching content and the insufficient combination of theory and clinic,which restrict the construction of TCM clinical thinking of residents.Strengthening the teaching of TCM classics and improving the classic teaching mode are the keys to improving the current training results.Case-based Learning(CBL)can clinicalize the classic theories and apply them to the teaching of TCM classics at the stage of residential training.It can deepen the residents’understanding of classic theories and help them improve the clinical thinking of TCM.In the current era of network information,"Internet+"is widely used in education and teaching,and its advantages and disadvantages are gradually emerging.If the teaching of TCM classics can make good use of this double-edged sword,it will bring great help to the establishment of TCM clinical thinking for residents.
