摘 要:目的 探讨微课+微信联合以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在神经内科疾病教学中的应用效果。方法 选择40名2021年3月—2022年3月在蚌埠医学院第二附属医院神经内科轮转实习的5年制临床医学专业学生作为研究对象,随机划分为试验组和对照组各20名,试验组给予微课+微信联合PBL教学法,对照组给予PBL教学法。在完成教学后对两组实习生进行客观评价(理论和技能考试)、迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX),问卷调查的方式了解学生对教学的满意度。结果 试验组的理论考试成绩(40.05±4.55)分、技能考试成绩(38.90±4.38)分、Mini-CEX评分(44.60±6.52)分和教学满意度(27.35±2.70)分均高于对照组的(36.20±5.78)分、(35.80±4.09)分、(39.35±5.55)分和(25.15±2.58)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 微课+微信联合PBL教学法在神经内科疾病教学中,可提高实习生理论和技能考试成绩、Mini-CEX评分和对教学的满意度。Objective To the explore application effect of micro class + WeChat combined with PBL teaching method in the teaching of neurology disease. Methods Forty 5-year clinical medicine students who were rotating internship in the department of neurology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 20 students in each group.The experimental group was given micro class + WeChat combined with PBL teaching method, and the control group was given PBL teaching method. After the completion of teaching, the two groups of interns were objectively evaluated(theory and skill test), Mini-CEX evaluation and questionnaire survey to understand the interns’ satisfaction with teaching. Results The theory test(40.05±4.55) scores,skill test(38.90±4.38) scores, Mini-CEX(44.60±6.52)scores and teaching satisfaction(27.35±2.70) scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(36.20±5.78) scores,(35.80±4.09) scores,(39.35±5.55) scores and(25.15±2.58) scores, and the difference was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Micro class+WeChat combined with PBL teaching method can improve interns’ theory and skill test scores, Mini-CEX scores and satisfaction with teaching.
