摘　　要：肿瘤内科学进展日新月异,但知识结构复杂,涉及全身多系统,渗透至临床各学科领域。提高肿瘤内科教学质量,为医学生步入临床打下坚实的基础十分重要。传统教学模式是以老师为中心集中授课,学生在授课期间仅能被动学习知识内容,无法达到理想的教学效果。而以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)和以案例为导向的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)更符合现代教学理念,将复杂的肿瘤内科基础理论、临床特征,鉴别诊断,治疗进展更有条理地传授给有学生。定期举办文献报告会,紧跟国内外学术进展,为肿瘤学教学开阔视野,拓展思路。PBL、CBL教学法结合文献报告会,有助于提高肿瘤内科学教学质量。解放军总医院第二医学中心在临床教学过程中,采取丰富多样的教学模式,加深了医学生对肿瘤内科学的认识,增强了兴趣,提高了技术水平,取得了良好的效果。With the rapid development of medical oncology,the knowledge structure is complex,involving multiple systems and penetrating into various disciplines.It is very important to improve the teaching quality of oncology and lay a solid foundation for medical students.The traditional mode is teacher centered teaching,students can only passively learn knowledge during the course,which cannot achieve the ideal effect.The problem-based learning(PBL)and case-based learning(CBL)are more in line with the modern teaching concept,which can teach students the complex basic theories,clinical features,differential diagnosis and treatment progress in a more structured way..Journal club are held to keep up with the academic progress,so as to broaden the horizons and expand ideas for oncology teaching.The combination of PBL and CBL teaching methods with journal club is helpful to improve the quality of medical oncology teaching.In the process of clinical teaching,the second medical center of PLA General Hospital adopted a variety of teaching modes,which deepened students’understanding of medical oncology,enhanced their interest,improved their technical level,and achieved good results.
