摘 要:目的 探究分析在医科类高校公共课程中应用研究性学习模式与学习效果提升的研究。方法 在2020年9月—2020年11月的大一新生中采用整群随机抽样法,抽取4个班级(n=297)作为研究对象,选取两个班级作为试验组(n=144),在公共课程教学中融入研究性学习模式;另外两个班级为对照组(n=153),依然采用传统教学模式。在学期结束后,对比两组班级学生的学习效果。结果 公共课程中应用研究性学习模式的试验组学生,相比对照组学生,期末考试总分、判断题型得分、案例分析题型得分与整体学习效果都显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 医学类院校公共课程中融入研究性学习模式的教学效果突出,能够显著提升学生的学习效果。Objective To explore and analyze the research on the application of research-based learning pattern and the improvement of learning effect in the public curriculum of medical colleges and universities. Methods In the freshmen from September 2020 to November 2020, the cluster random sampling method was adopted, four classes(n=297) were selected as the research objects, two classes were selected as the experimental group(n=144), and the research-based learning model was integrated into the public curriculum teaching;The other two classes are the control group(n=153),still using the traditional teaching mode. At the end of the semester, compare the learning effects of the two groups of students. Results Compared with the students in the control group, the students in the experimental group who applied the research learning mode in the public courses had significantly higher final exam scores, judgment questions scores, case analysis questions scores and overall learning effects than the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The teaching effect of integrating research-based learning model into public curriculum in medical colleges is outstanding, which can significantly improve students’ learning effect.
