摘　　要：外科住院医师规范化培训已成为培养外科专业医学人才的必经之路。在培训过程中融入课程思政元素,坚持知识传授与价值引领同频共振,是实现“立德树人”根本任务的重要举措。当前外科住院医师规范化培训课程思政建设存在临床教师思政育人意识薄弱、思政教育开展不足等诸多问题,本文结合课程思政建设的现状,探讨外科住院医师规范化培训融入课程思政元素的策略和经验,为构建完善的课程思政教育体系、培养德才兼备的高素质外科医学人才提供新思路。The standardized training of surgical residents has become an indispensable way to train surgical medical talents.Combining ideological and political education with surgical training to bring into play the synergistic effect of knowledge transfer and value guidance is a necessary step to realize the fundamental task of‘building moral character and educating people’.At present,there are many problems in the ideological and political education of the standardized training of surgical residents,such as weak awareness of clinical teachers and insufficient ideological and political education.Based on the current situation of ideological and political education,this paper explores the new mode of penetrating ideological and political education in the standardized training of surgical residents to provide insights for constructing a scientific and effective ideological and political education system and cultivating more high-quality medical talents with both virtues and talents.
