摘　　要：城市居民共同生产行为是影响社区服务和治理效果的关键因素,但现有研究对居民共同生产行为的结构和维度重视不足,缺乏能够超越公共服务类型且具有一定信效度的测量工具。以社区微更新为场景,开展城市居民共同生产行为的结构与测量研究。基于扎根理论构建起包含角色内和角色外共同生产行为的概念结构模型,开发共12个题项的居民共同生产行为量表,并通过因子分析验证居民共同生产行为结构维度及测量量表的科学性。通过构建起具有较强普适性的居民共同生产行为评估方式,可以帮助管理者准确认识并促进居民参与共同生产。Urban residents′ co-production behavior is a key factor that affects community service and governance. However, existing studies have not paid enough attention to the structure and dimension of residents′ co-production behavior, lacking measurement tools that can go beyond the typology of public services and have certain reliability and validity. This paper studies the structure and measurement of urban residents′ co-production behavior based on community regeneration. Based on the grounded theory approach, the study will develop a conceptual structure model contains two dimensions of in-role and extra-role co-production behavior, develop a 12-item scale, and confirm the reliability of the structural model and measurement scale through factor analysis. This paper constructs a universal evaluation method of residents′ co-production behavior, which can help managers accurately understand and promote co-production.
