摘  要:科技与金融的深度融合,要求金融专业人才具有复合性、创新性和个性化特征,要求改善传统教学环境,培养新型金融人才。智慧教学环境具有开放、共享、交互、协作的特点。打破“五固”传统教学模式,能够满足金融专业人才培养供给侧结构性改革的需要。目前大多数高校的智慧教学改革尚处于初探期,其快速发展面临较多挑战。对金融科技背景下金融学专业智慧教学环境建设的必要性及所面临的困境进行了分析,建议从存量和增量两个维度提升软件平台的支撑效能,通过优化外在环境与激发内在动力两个方面提升教师智慧教学素养。强调要建设人机协同的智慧教学生态环境,并对校内教学场所和校外实践基地进行智慧化改造,实施智慧型科教协同育人。从教学主体、教学空间、教学技术及教学方法等多个关联视角,探讨了完善智慧教学环境的路径。The deep integration of technology and finance requires financial professionals to have composite, innovative and personalized characteristics, which requires reforming the traditional teaching environment to supply new financial talents. Intelligent teaching environment has the characteristics of openness, sharing, interaction and collaboration. Breaking the traditional teaching mode of "five solids" can meet the needs of the structural reform on the supply side of financial professionals’ training. However, the wisdom teaching reform of most universities is still in the initial exploration period, and its rapid development faces many challenges. Therefore, we analyze the necessity of the construction of intelligent teaching environment for finance majors under the background of financial technology and the difficulties it faces, and then improve the effectiveness of software platform support from both stock and incremental dimensions, enhance teachers’ intelligent teaching literacy by optimizing the external environment and stimulating internal motivation, especially to build a human-machine collaborative intelligent teaching ecological environment, and make the intelligent transformation of on-campus teaching sites and off-campus practice bases to implement intelligent scientific and educational collaborative education. This paper explores the path to improve the intelligent teaching environment from the perspective of multi-dimensional correlation, such as teaching subjects, teaching space, teaching technology and teaching methods, so as to provide reference ideas for the supply side structural reform of finance professional talent training in colleges and universities. It is conducive to the formation of a new mode of training finance professionals.
