摘 要:起落架仿升落震是采用直接在起落架上施加当量升力而非减缩当量质量的方法,考虑了升力对起落架落震性能的影响,更加真实地模拟了起落架的着陆/着舰过程。本研究以某型舰载机主起落架为研究对象,基于不同的升力加载方式(理论仿升和落震仿升),首先,建立起落架仿升落震动力学模型;然后,利用ALTLAS软件对起落架仿升落震进行数值仿真计算;最后,在具有仿升动力模拟装置的落震试验台上进行了试验验证。通过不同下沉速度下的结果验证对比,验证了升力加载法在起落架仿升落震中应用的正确性和有效性;落震仿升法通过对起落架仿升落震试验系统进行理论建模,实现起落架当量升力加载,是一种可有效辅助于起落架缓冲系统设计和缓冲性能验证的分析手段。The landing gear drop shock featured with wing lift directly applies the equivalent lift to the landing gear instead of reducing the equivalent mass,and the effect of wing lift on the landing performance of landing gear is considered.The landing process of the landing gear can be simulated more truly with the aid of the landing gear drop test featured with wing lift.This paper takes a certain type of strut-type main landing gear as the research object.Based on different lift loading methods(i.e.,theoretical lift simulation and drop test lift simulation),first,the dynamic model of landing gear drop shock featured with wing lift is established.Then,the numerical simulation of landing gear drop shock featured with wing lift is carried out by using ALTLAS software.Finally,the landing gear drop test is carried out on the drop test bench with the wing lift simulation device.By the verification and comparison of the results under different sinking speeds,the correctness and effectiveness of the application of lift loading method in the landing gear drop test featured with wing lift are verified.Drop test lift simulation realizes the loading of the equivalent lift on the landing gear via the theoretical modeling of the system of landing gear drop test featured with wing lift.The drop test lift simulation can effectively assist the development of the landing gear buffer system and the verification of the buffer performance.
